In his weekly presidential report card, pollster John Zogby finds that President Obama had a "so-so" week punctuated by the hacking of federal employee information and the decision to take down the Confederate flag in South Carolina's capital.
"The military says that President Obama's strategy against ISIS is not working. Another deadline passes and there is no Iran deal. The Office of Personnel Management is hacked on Mr. Obama's watch. These are bad.

"But the Confederate flag at the Capitol in South Carolina comes down in a show of unity under the first African American president. That is Big History.
"His approval numbers remain steady at 46-plus-percent and he can laugh at Donald Trump while his opponents have to deal with him. So-so week, in the final analysis."
