A second video from the Center for Medical Progress's undercover investigation of Planned Parenthood's practice of trafficking aborted baby organs was released Tuesday morning.

In the video, a Planned Parenthood official insists the organization isn't interested in the money, but she also haggles over the price of the remains of unborn children and jokes, "I want a Lamborghini." The official also says she'll talk to a Planned Parenthood abortionist about using a "less crunchy technique" to get more intact baby organs.

You can watch the video here:

Though Planned Parenthood makes money from the sale of aborted baby organs, this gruesome practice generally does not appear to be illegal:

The relevant law regarding the “donation” of such “tissue” for research was sponsored in the House of Representatives by left-wing Democrat Henry Waxman and signed into law by President Clinton in 1993. “It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly acquire, receive, or otherwise transfer any human fetal tissue for valuable consideration,” the law reads. But it also states: “The term ‘valuable consideration’ does not include reasonable payments associated with the transportation, implantation, processing, preservation, quality control, or storage of human fetal tissue.” So what’s a “reasonable payment” and what’s not? The law doesn’t say.
