David Keyes, executive director of a group called "Advancing Human Rights" is at it again. This time in Vienna.
Keyes, who has previously punked the Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif in New York, and threw a gay party at National Harbor during a Saudi fair to protest the Saudi government's treatment of gays, this time took his unique brand of protest to Iranian and U.S. diplomats as time is winding down on a controversial nuclear agreement.
In addition to a handful of Iranian diplomats and Iranian journalists, Keyes also punks Chief U.S. neogitiator Wendy Sherman. Keyes congratulates her for "all the success of reducing the rate of hangings in Iran. [Only once every two and half hours...]" Sherman awkwardly drops her purse.
