"If you want a dialogue in a civil manner, don't say that I'm not saying the truth!" Ciro Rodriguez (D-Tex.) screams at a constituent after slamming a newspaper against a table. Big Government has the video:

The clip begins with Rodriguez saying that it would have cost $4.1 trillion to not pass Obamacare. As readers of this blog already know, that Obamacare actually increases health costs, and CBO says Obamacare will cost $2.5 trillion over the real first 10 years it's in effect.

When a constituent challenges Rodriguez's numbers, the House Democrat yells and demands that the constituent be civil.  (Maybe Rodriguez was trying to be ironic?)

Jim Geraghty points out that Rodriguez's Republican opponent Francisco Canseco was trailing 48% to 45% in a June poll.
