In a series of tweets this morning, golf star Paul Azinger seemed to rebuke President Barack Obama and endorse Mitt Romney--while offering a little advice to the Republican presidential candidate.

Azinger is saying that Obama broke his promise to fix Washington, and Romney should point that out to voters. 

Last year, Azinger came under fire from his employer, ESPN, for comments about Obama on Twitter. "ESPN is coming down on Paul Azinger for mocking President Obama on Twitter. The golf analyst tweeted Thursday the commander in chief plays more golf than he does -- and that Azinger has created more jobs this month than Obama has," USA Today reported at the time.

Azinger was captain of the 2008 American Ryder Cup, which beat Europe to win the tournament. His bio notes: 

Paul Azinger has been on the PGA Tour since 1982.  He has twelve wins, including the 1993 PGA Championship.  He has also had the opportunity to play on four US Ryder Cup teams.  In 1993, Paul was on top of his game, but was diagnosed with cancer at the end of the season.  After undergoing treatment, he successfully overcame the disease.  He covers his battle with cancer and his golf career in his book, “Zinger.”

Last weekend, President Obama played his 104 round of golf as commander in chief.
