Barely 30 minutes after Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed by the U.S. Senate for the Supreme Court, the Democratic National committee began selling a "Supreme Injustice" T-shirt to raise money for Democratic candidates. The $30 shirt ($30!) superimposes the words over an image of Lady Justice.

The page offering the shirt for sale reads:
"We know Brett Kavanaugh is unfit for the Supreme Court, and we'll show Republicans the cost of their actions on November 6th. All proceeds go toward electing Democrats up and down the ballot."
The Democrats appear to have since thought better of selling the Supreme Injustice shirt. Although an image of the shirt currently shows up under "new products," the link is now broken. An archived version of the page can be found here.
Kavanaugh was confirmed by a narrow 50-48 vote after weeks of contentious battles in Congress and the media. The Democrats have sent mixed signals since the confirmation about plans for resurrecting the charges and investigation against Kavanaugh should the party take control of the House and/or Senate in November.
