While a number of political commentators, radio hosts, and cultural analysts have spoken up about the transgender swimmer at the University of Pennsylvania who’s dominating the female competition this year, the silence of the university and NCAA officials is deafening. That changed last week, when two of Lia Thomas’s teammates spoke up, at least anonymously, to complain about her unfair advantage.
