A Fredericksburg man is accused of being drunk while driving a golf cart on an Arlington County highway.

Everths Moran-Reyes, 22, was arrested after he was pulled over on the 4200 block of Wilson Boulevard while driving a golf cart that had been stolen from a mall, according to Arlington County police. He was pulled over at about 5 a.m. Thursday.

Police say Moran-Reyes has been charged with driving under the influence, grand larceny of an automobile and driving on a suspended license.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
