Donald Trump's personal physician revealed Friday that the doctor's note he wrote for the GOP nominee last year, in which he said Trump's blood pressure and weight loss were "astonishingly excellent," was written in just five minutes.

While waiting for a limo sent by Trump outside of his Manhattan office, no less.

Dr. Harold Bornstein's letter, written in December, raised some eyebrows for its unusual amount of flair, which said: "If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency."

When asked to explain his choice of words, Bornstein told NBC News, "I like that sentence, to be quite honest with you."

Bornstein has found himself in the midst of some controversy this week after a report revealed that he still uses the title of fellow at the American College of Gastroenterology, even though he has not been a member of the group for more than 20 years.
