Donald Trump says even Hillary Clinton "knows she's guilty" when it comes to the connection between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation.

"Well, just take a look at what's happening. This is out of control, what's going on with our country from the standpoint of justice and, you know, what's supposed to be happening, and law and order," the Republican presidential said in a Fox News interview that aired Wednesday.

Trump added that when "you look at all of these acts […] she is 100 percent guilty." Trump has called on the Justice Department to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the link between the two.

"Everybody knows she's guilty. She knows she's guilty," Trump said of the Democratic nominee and former secretary of state. "She's lied all over the place. And it's almost like she can do whatever she wants to do. I think it's so unfair. It's so bad for our country."
