Need some stomp in your step? Head over to the Georgetown Safeway (1855 Wisconsin Avenue, NW) aka - “Social Safeway” Thursday night for a preview of STOMP!, which is coming to the Warner Theatre January 29 to 30. Visitors will be entertained by select members of the STOMP! cast who will employ different grocery items for their performances. For those 21 and up, a complimentary wine and cheese tasting will be provided at the store’s “wine bar” from 4 to 7 p.m. Safeway will also have bags of non-perishable food available for customers to purchase and donate to the food bank during the event as part of their partnership with the STOMP out Hunger Campaign and the Capital Area Food Bank.
