WHO: "Rock On" teen summer camp

WHAT: The free camp, hosted by Berskshire Community College in Massachusetts, teaches music skills to more than 100 budding rock musicians.

WHY IT'S AN OUTRAGE: The camp was funded by a federal stimulus grant from the Berkshire Community Action Council. Stimulus funds were supposed to be spent creating jobs, not baby-sitting teens pretending to be Eddie van Halen.
