D.C. is opening its fourth new library in the past two years Monday in Northwest. And just to clarify, kids, it's not an iTunes library, or a library of available weapons on that video game you're all playing. This is one of those book-libraries that you may have heard of, probably through a video game.

At two stories high, the Tenleytown-Friendship Public Library at 4450 Wisconsin Ave. is decked out with 40,000 books, 32 Mac computers, free Wi-Fi Internet, several meeting rooms, study rooms, and separate spaces for adults, teens and children. The place cost about $16 million and follows locations in Anacostia, Shaw and Northeast Washington.

Save some of your excitement, kiddos: There will be a grand opening party on Saturday, Feb. 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
