Maine’s new Republican governor Paul LePage responding to criticism from the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People's leaders over his decision to not attend any of the organization’s events commemorating Martin Luther King Jr. Despite his remarks to the NAACP, LePage did attend a Martin Luther King Jr. Community Breakfast in Waterville, which has become sort of a tradion for him.
