SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — A group of South Korean businessmen is visiting North Korea's eastern mountain resort to commemorate the death of their company's former chairman.

South Korea's Unification Ministry says 14 Hyundai Asan officials traveled to the North's Diamond Mountain on Friday. The company operated tours to the mountain until a North Korean soldier shot and killed a South Korean tourist in 2008.

North Korea last year seized South Korean properties and kicked out South Korean workers from the resort after Seoul's refusal to resume the tours. Relations between the two governments remain frozen after two deadly incidents in 2010 that Seoul blames on Pyongyang.

Hyundai Asan says its delegation is not planning any meetings with North Korean officials during Friday's one-day trip.
