The upcoming school year can bring a lot of anxiety for students. Most years they just have to worry if they'll fit in, wear the right clothes, and get good grades. However, this year some teenage girls will face the added pressure of sharing a locker room with students who identify as girls, but have the anatomy of boys.
There's one teenager who's not comfortable sharing a changing area with a transgender student who has a penis.
Sigourney Coyle, an incoming freshman at Emmaus High School, spoke to her local school board last Monday and sharply rebuked President Obama's executive order that would force her to expose herself in front of a member of the opposite sex.
"I am a woman and I identify as a woman and you can't make me change in front of someone who I don't identify with, who is physically male," Sigourney told the East Penn School Board.
Her mother caught the speech on video and posted it on Facebook, where it quickly went viral.
