Besides running for president, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) now has something else in common with Hillary Clinton, Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), Carly Fiorina, and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas). All five candidates have suffered the consequences of not purchasing domains that used their names.
TedCruz.com sent his supporters to a website supporting amnesty. HillaryClinton.net redirected to Fiorina's website and CarlyFiorina.org led to a website emphasizing all the people she fired while she was CEO of Hewlett-Packard. While RandPaul.com directed to the candidate's website, he didn't own the page and was forced to pay a hefty $100,000 to gain the rights.
The Week reported Monday that Scott Walker is the latest victim.
ReadyForWalker.com leads his supporters to the Planned Parenthood website, featuring a page trashing the candidate over the issue of abortion rights.
As governor, Walker defunded Planned Parenthood, forcingĀ five of their abortion centers to close.
