Tuesday on The Nightly Show, Larry Wilmore skewered Chris Christie's campaign announcement, playing off of the location of the announcement, Christie's high school gym, and calling him "the bully we need to restore order."
Wilmore's guest, Christie's "high school classmate and town bully," explained that Christie is a good kind of bully, and it's time for "the natural order to be restored."
The New Jersey governor, capitalizing on his reputation for being blunt and straightforward, is employing "Telling It Like It Is" as his campaign slogan.
Wilmore's comment's on Christie took place during a segment of the show calling "Blacklash 2016: The Unblackening," referring to the upcoming presidential election.
