Stand-up comedian Margaret Cho went on Late Night with Seth Meyers Tuesday and discussed having the thin line between politically correctness and comedy -- a popular topic these days.
Meyers asked her if she felt that it was hard to make jokes about race in such a PC society.
"Well, there's truth to it. There are reasons to complain about things. For comedians, we're just trying to make people happy,so I always think that jokes are okay," Cho said.
Cho went on to discuss how her hero Joan Rivers was entirely politically incorrect, especially toward her. Rivers used to have a running joke that Cho, who is of Korean ancestry, was going to eat her dog.
