The Romanian hacker known as Guccifer 2.0 released secret emails from Nancy Pelosi's computer on Wednesday revealing that Democrats struggled to connect to #BlackLivesMatters back in November 2015.
Pelosi's documents were classified as top secret: "This document should not be emailed or handed to anyone outside of the building. Please only give campaign staff these best practices in meetings or over the phone."
Democrats detailed how they planned to subvert #BlackLivesMatter in order to ensure that members keep voting for their party.
According to the document, Democrats planned to meet with small groups of activists and listen to their concerns, but give no promises on policy solutions and provide a point person to be in constant contact.
They also warned Democrats about mentioning "black on black crime" or the phrase "all lives matter" because both are considered insulting to activists.
Nearly 9 months after these emails were sent #BlackLivesMatter activists still protested the Democratic National Convention and claimed that Clinton was responsible for "killing black people."
