"The Late Show" host Stephen Colbert unearthed a 2000 comedy sketch Wednesday night that depicts Donald Trump aggressively hitting on former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who was dressed in drag.
Colbert was doing a bit about Trump and Giuliani's recent claims that there is something wrong with Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton's health. He took particular issue with Giuliani telling people to Google "Hillary Clinton illness" and the cycle of Internet headlines that has created.
"I took Giuliani at his word. I Googled 'Hillary Clinton illness,' and this is true, the very first result is: 'Giuliani fuels Clinton health rumors again and again,' " Colbert said. "Here's what's happening: Giuliani says, 'She's not healthy, and look it up on the Internet.' And when you look it up on the Internet, it says that Giuliani says she's not healthy and to look it up on the Internet. It's an endless loop. It's like a snake with its tail in its mouth. Or a man with his head up his own ass."
Of course, as Colbert explained, he is not surprised about Trump and Giuliani's campaign against Clinton's health, for they are "experts in the female anatomy," which led into him playing the 2000 sketch that was originally created for the Inner Circle Show, an annual media-held event to roast New York City politicians and public figures.
