#LoveWins, but so does Chik-fil-A.
Chik-fil-A is the highest-ranked fast food chain in America, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index's 2015 Restaurant Survey. With a score of 86/100, MarketWatch reports it's also the most highly-ranked fast food ever recorded, since ACSI began taking the survey 20 years ago.
It seems that, despite efforts to tie the restaurant’s reputation to anti-gay bigotry, at the end of the day, Americans of all political stripes need those amazing waffle fries in their life.
ACSI Director David VanAmburg told MarketWatch he chalks Chik-fil-A's historic success up to their excellence in both service and food. “The quality is bar none.”
Chipotle came in second in customer satisfaction, while McDonald’s took up the rear, in 18th place with a rating of 67/100.
Traditional hamburger chains fared poorly overall—Burger King, McDonald’s and Wendy’s all slid in ratings, according to CNN, and ranked below pizza places like Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, and Domino’s.
Second-to-last was Jack in the Box , just below Taco Bell.
