A California Nissan dealership is seemingly trying to appeal to its Hispanic customer base by going after Donald Trump...literally.
In a commercial obtained by The Blaze,Nissan of Van Nuys general sales manager Martin Cuevas and another man are shown beating up a Trump piñata repeatedly while advertising a deal for a Nissan Altima.
Trump piñatas have been popular items since the presidential candidate made his controversial statements about Mexico and illegal immigrants.
Trump said the immigrants coming from Mexico were “rapists” that were “bringing drugs” and “bringing crime.”
“They are not our friend, believe me,” Trump said in his campaign announcement. “When Mexico sends its people, it is not sending its best.”
The car dealership's commercial was created for a Telemundo station, but the general manager there could not confirm to The Blaze whether or not it had actually aired on television.
