Five people, including a Prince William County middle school teacher, have been charged in a drug ring that police say distributed oxycodone and other prescription drugs.

Prince William County police said this week that a search warrant has been executed at 33-year-old Rachel B. Domina's home on the 15400 block of Silvan Glen Drive in Dumfries, and authorities seized oxycodone, drug paraphernalia, a BMW and cash.

Domina has been placed on administrative leave since she was charged on Dec. 17, Prince William County schools spokesman Ken Blackstone said. Domina taught math at Graham Parker Middle School and has taught in the district since December 2000, he said.

Also arrested in the case were Dumfries residents Meghan E. Anderson, 28, of the 12600 block of Terranova Lane; Taryn L. Francescon, 29, of the 15900 block of Kensington Place; Ryan J. Jones, 30, of the 15700 block of Cranberry Court; and Robert E. Hofer, 28, of the 12600 block of Terranova Lane.

They are due to appear in court on March 7.
