A new poll says Donald Trump is in danger of losing the reliably red state of Missouri to Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

The statewide survey by Public Policy Polling on behalf of Protect MO Families research shows Trump is up 45-42, and another 13 percent are undecided in the survey.

The last statewide survey by PPP was conducted July 11-12 and showed Clinton down by 10 points.

The most recent PPP survey was conducted among 947 likely Missouri voters from Aug. 8-9, but no margin of error was given.

Respondents revealed they leaned toward Mitt Romney in the 2012 election (47 percent), but Barack Obama was close with 43 percent.
