The man who killed University of Maryland student Justin DeSha-Overcash is thought to have a facial injury, as police say he was hit in the face with a glass jar during the home invasion.
Prince George’s County police released information Wednesday about the suspect wanted for shooting DeSha-Overcash, 21, in his College Park residence on Jan. 11.
The suspect is described as a 6-foot black male with a thin build, in his late teens or early 20s.
Police say there was enough marijuana found at the scene to indicate that DeSha-Overcash was dealing.
There is a $25,000 reward being offered, and those with information are asked to call the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit at (301) 772-4925.
