Authorities have arrested a man who was using a Prince George's County police cruiser to stop Hispanic people and rob them.
Police first learned of the scheme when one of the victims called police to say that he had been pulled over and robbed of $1,800 in cash by a man claiming to be an officer, reports Fox News 5.
Police said the man is a former Bladensburg police officer. They do not know how the man obtained the patrol car.
