For those who didn't attend Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley's inauguration speech in Annapolis Wednesday afternoon and didn't watch it on TV, here is the abridged version:

He has made the "tough choices" to "move Maryland forward" and "make progress" in the "new economy" and the "global economy" by "spurring innovation" and "harnessing the full-job creating potential" in the "bio-tech," "clean-tech," "green-tech," and renewable energy sector, and financing a "world-class education" for the kids. Jobs, jobs, jobs. One Maryland. Oh, and electric cars.
