Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley plans to outline his 2011 legislative agenda for education at a forum in Bowie on Monday.

The governor will announce his legislative goals following a brainstorming session with school officials from around the state at Bowie State University.

The forum is the second in a series of five that O'Malley says will help shape legislation in the 2011 General Assembly.
