Update 2: We've received word from The New York Times that their original document was erroneous and that  their digital team is "in the process" of correcting the document online. Sen. Nelson is up by 9 in Florida, not Connie Mack.

The latest Quinnipiac/New York Times/CBS poll of Florida shows that U.S. Senate candidate Connie Mack is leading Sen. Bill Nelson D-Fla. by nine points.

Mack received a ten point jump in support, earning 50 percent support in the poll released today as only 40 percent of Florida voters supported him in the same poll in July. The results includes voters leading to the candidate.

Mack now leads Nelson 50-41.

A Rasmussen poll released last week showed Nelson at 47 percent and Mack at 40 percent

Update: The National Journal says the opposite is true, Nelson Leads Mack, Hits 50% in New Poll  which means that the New York Times document could be erroneous. We will update when we find out for certain.
