Sam Howell, more like Sam "Fowl."
The 21-year-old Washington Commanders rookie quarterback shocked NFL fans this week when he said he has never eaten beef.
Not a consumer of steak, hamburgers, or hot dogs, the University of North Carolina product said he is a chicken-only man.

He's never tried a burger or a steak and won't eat seafood. He orders chicken tenders at steakhouses and brings his own tenders to team dinners.

“People give me a hard time, but the only meat I eat is chicken," Howell elaborated in an interview during his time as a Tar Heel.
"It's been like that my whole life. I really don't know why. I started that when I was younger, but it's something I've kind of just kept up through my whole life."
Howell's go-to food choices are chicken tenders and chicken nuggets, he said.
"Chicken is the only meat I eat, so I only go to restaurants that serve something with chicken on the menu," according to the quarterback.
