Lt. Gov. Winsome Sears (R-VA) blasted President Joe Biden for failing to do his job and protect the safety of several Supreme Court justices who have been targeted after a Supreme Court draft opinion leaked, indicating a probable overturn of Roe v. Wade.

Sears appeared on Fox & Friends on Thursday and called on Attorney General Merrick Garland and Virginia Attorney General Steve Descano (D-VA) to prosecute those protesting in front of Supreme Court justices’ homes, which she said violates both state and federal law.

“We have free speech, but a man’s home is his castle,” Sears said. “If we know our history, that was one of the faults that we had against the king [of England], that he quartered troops in people’s homes [during the Revolutionary War era]. Here we are, you can’t be safe in your own home.”

Sears noted that there is “selective prosecution” when people are allowed to protest in attempts to intimidate conservative Supreme Court justices but that police are sent to shut down parents’ protests at school board meetings.

“This is mob rule!” Sears decried. “Is this America? Or is it not?”

“Either we are in America, a land of laws, or we are a woke, mob-ruling country. And God help us then because what we know is that ultimately, the mob comes for you,” Sears said. “Ultimately, the mob, the revolution eats its own. And you are not safe if you stay silent. I would want the liberal justices to get thee to a microphone and say to the people who support you: 'Go home. This is not how we do it in America.’"

Sears said she ultimately places the blame on President Joe Biden.

“You need to tell your attorney general to go and do his job and protect the citizens of the United States of America,” Sears said in sending a message to Biden. “Ultimately, sir, this falls on you. This is on your watch. And it’s all fun and games until somebody gets hurt. And then who’s going to write the script for you, Mr. President, so you can read it and say it was somebody else’s fault?"
