President Trump tweeted Thursday a doctored version of former Vice President Joe Biden's video apology for invading women's personal space after the allegations made against him in the last week.
The video shows a "Creepy Joe Biden" meme creeping up on Biden himself, grabbing him by the shoulders and kissing his neck. Trump tweeted the video with the caption "WELCOME BACK JOE!"

The original meme shows Biden grabbing Sen. Chris Coons,' D-Conn., daughter's shoulders and whispering something into her hear from behind at White House event. The meme became a viral visual of Biden's "touchy-feely" personality.
This week, the former vice president posted a video on social media platforms giving an explanation of the allegations made against him.
"Today, I want to talk about gestures of support and encouragement to women and some men, I've made them uncomfortable," Biden said in a video tweeted from his personal account. "In my career, I've always tried to make a human connection, that's my responsibility, I think. I shake hands, I hug people, I grab men and women by the shoulders and say, 'You can do this.' Whether they're women, men, young, old, it's the way I've always been."
