President Trump made fun of Stormy Daniels' appearance Tuesday in a tweet blasting the porn star and her lawyer Michael Avenatti one day after a federal judge in California threw out their defamation lawsuit against him.

"Great, now I can go after Horseface and her 3rd rate lawyer in the Great State of Texas," Trump posted on Twitter, referring to Daniels and quoting a Fox News headline about the case. "She will confirm the letter she signed! She knows nothing about me, a total con!"

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, lives in Texas. Trump is scheduled to hold a campaign rally in Houston on Monday.

Avenatti, Daniels' attorney, appealed U.S. District Judge James Otero's decision to dismiss their suit within hours Monday. Otero had agreed with Trump's legal team that the president had the First Amendment right to tweet on April 18 that a forensic sketch of a man who Daniels alleges threatened her over her claims she had an extramarital affair with Trump more than a decade ago was a “total con job.”

Daniels has a second case pending against Trump regarding a nondisclosure agreement covering their alleged relationship. The deal was arranged days before the 2016 presidential election by Trump's former longtime personal fixer Michael Cohen. Trump has denied the affair, but Cohen has been prosecuted by officials in New York for violating campaign finance laws by brokering the NDA.
