A Texas woman who was arrested in November for pulling out a gun and pointing it at a driver in a fight over a parking spot is now being sued for $1 million.

Rossie Dennis, 60, reportedly pulled up behind the car of a woman, blocking her into a parking space outside of H-E-B grocery store in Annaville, Texas, on Nov. 24, according to police. She then approached the driver in the vehicle and pointed a gun at those inside.

The victim had her 6-month-old baby in the car at the time, as well as two friends, one of whom was able to capture the frightening moment on video.

The video taken during the incident was used by police to secure a warrant for Dennis's arrest, and police took her into custody on Nov. 30, 3News reports.

A lawsuit against Dennis for assault and threat of bodily injury, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence was filed in Nueces County Court of Law No. 3, according to 3News, which obtained a copy of the filing on Monday. The lawsuit seeks monetary compensation of more than $250,000, but not to exceed $1 million.
