The latest news about abortion to hit the web centers on an activist wall-crawler scaling a 60-floor building in California.
San Francisco residents were in for a shock when a man was spotted climbing the Salesforce Tower without a harness. At around 10 a.m. local time, the San Francisco Fire Department advised people to avoid the area. The climber, referring to himself as "Pro Life Spiderman" on social media, was detained by the San Francisco Police Department an hour later.

The climber, whose real name is Maison DesChamps, uploaded a video of himself as he was climbing the building, asking viewers to visit his website to donate to anti-abortion charities.
HARRIS: 'OPPONENTS OF ROE WANT TO PUNISH WOMEN AND TAKE AWAY THEIR RIGHTS'
"The charities that I have chosen seek to financially support abortion-minded women to prevent them from having abortions," DesChamps's post read. "They do not scream at women, they do not blame women, they only offer help."
DesChamps claims on his website that he climbed the 600-foot Aria Hotel in Las Vegas to protest Nevada's COVID-19 mandates in August 2021. A video from his social media posted that month showed protesters chanting "U-S-A!"
A draft opinion leaked by the press Monday night showed the Supreme Court is leaning toward undoing Roe v. Wade, the landmark 1973 ruling that legalized abortions nationwide, claiming "the authority to regulate abortion must be returned to the people and their elected representatives." A final ruling is expected in the coming weeks or months.
