First lady Melania Trump said this week during her solo trip to Africa that she wants to fight back against cyberbullying in part because she's one of the many people who are being targeted by people online.
“I could say I’m the most bullied person in the world,” Trump told ABC when asked why she decided to tackle cyberbullying. “One of them, if you really see what people are saying about me.”

Trump launched her Be Best initiative in May to focus on the social and emotional well-being of children, especially when it comes to social media, cyberbullying, and online behavior.
“We need to educate the children of social and emotional behavior so when they grow up they know how to deal with those issues,” Trump said.
According to the interviewer, Tom Llamas, the first lady told him that she is chronically harassed online, even when she is trying to do charitable acts.
When asked if she is looking forward to possibly facing six more years as first lady, Trump said she is enjoying her time in Washington, D.C., and living in the White House.
