"Last Christmas, we stayed in our house," the lyrics go. "We covered our mouth. We covered our nose — but it's Christmas time. We'll be alive for a booster."

Fallon, host of The Tonight Show, has made the COVID-19 vaccine a frequent topic on his program.
He asked Sesame Street's Big Bird about his vaccination status in November, attempted to dispel coronavirus "Fact vs. Fiction" later that month, and filmed a clip about the vaccine rollout in March, among other bits.
