Tech entrepreneur Elon Musk returned fire on Thursday in a Twitter spat between himself, Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, and MSNBC host Joy Reid.
In Musk's most recent response, he accused Reid of being a lobbyist for Warren, using his two new nicknames for the pair.
"(Lack of) Joy Reid is a lobbyist for Sen Karen," Musk tweeted.

The whole combat started on Monday when Warren tweeted that Musk was "freeloading off everyone else" by evading taxes.
"Let’s change the rigged tax code so The Person of the Year will actually pay taxes and stop freeloading off everyone else," the Democrat tweeted, referring to Musk.

Musk responded, saying Warren reminded him of his "friend's angry mom" and called her a "Karen."

"You remind me of when I was a kid and my friend’s angry Mom would just randomly yell at everyone for no reason," Musk tweeted, calling Warren "Sen. Karen" in a subsequent tweet.

Reid responded to Musk's remarks, claiming his use of "Karen" had a racial connotation.
"For misappropriating black vernacular for misogynistic purposes, Elon Musk is the absolute worst," Reid said on her show, The Reidout.
