An Alabama woman was arrested after a pack of dogs killed a state employee.
Officers with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office arrested Brandy Dowdy on charges of manslaughter and "Dangerous Dog Law," also known in Alabama as "Emily's Law."
The employee, Jacqueline Summer Beard from the Alabama Department of Public Health, was following up on reports of an alleged attack last week when the same pack attacked her.
