What was "Top Chef D.C." co-host Tom Colicchio up to Wednesday night when the show was airing? He was out to dinner in Washington, of course. Colicchio was spotted dining with friends at chef Art Smith's eatery Art and Soul. We're told Colicchio ordered pork rinds as an appetizer, then had the "crab three ways," with fried green tomatoes. He had gelato for dessert. Also at the table was another notable foodie -- chef Jose Andres.
