After introducing a bill tackling cheap, potentially unlabeled fur products, U.S. Rep. Jim Moran, D-Va., is set to host two telephone town halls in the coming days.
On Mon., July 19, Moran will host a phone-in town hall from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. to discuss how the new health care law will affect seniors.
The public can participate by calling toll-free at 1-877-229-8493 and entering the Conference ID 12765. During the call, those interested in asking questions will be placed in a queue.
On Thurs., July 22, Moran will host another telephone town hall to discuss Congress’s work on financial reform and the response to the BP oil spill in the Gulf.
The second meeting is from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., with the same dial-in information and format.
