Montgomery County residents might want to buy a few more candles. County officials say it could be Sunday until power is fully restored.
Nearly 130,000 residents are still without power, and snow plows are just now making their way through many primary and secondary roads.
Areas without power will receive service first, officials said.
Montgomery residents aren't exactly strangers to prolonged outages. During last year's Snowmageddon, they endured darkness far longer than those in the rest of the Washington region — and county officials put the blame on Pepco, the area's largest power provider.
