IONIA, Mich. (AP) — Two of Michigan's most prominent political figures plan to attend a ceremony at which one of the state's biggest egg producers shows of its new $11 million feed manufacturing facility.

Democratic Sen. Debbie Stabenow and Republican Lt. Gov. Brian Calley are scheduled to be on hand when Herbruck's Poultry Ranch shows off its new facility near Ionia on Tuesday.

It'll produce 7,200 tons of conventional and organic feed per week at the site of its egg production complex.

Saranac-based Herbruck's employs nearly 400 people and produces more than 1.5 billion eggs a year.
