Five-year-old Paulo Cesar Hinojosa Gavilano disappeared from Manassas on Dec. 12, 2004. Police say the boy's father abducted him, and investigators say they believe the two of them are still together. But neither father nor son been spotted in more than five years.
Authorities think Gavilano and his father, Cesar Luis Hinojosa Quiroz, might have gone to Peru.
Paolo is described as having light-brown hair and brown eyes. He is now 11 years old. At the time of his disappearance, he was 4 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 66 pounds.
A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for Quiroz in October 2008.
Quiroz is 40 years old. He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 187 pounds. Quiroz has black hair and black eyes.
