A Dale City man brandished a nail gun and rammed another man’s car during a road rage incident in Woodbridge, Prince William County Police said.

Dionel Barrios, 28, rammed the other car three times shortly after midnight Wednesday before driving away into Fairfax, where he was stopped and arrested.

Police charged Barrios with felony hit and run and brandishing a weapon.
