ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Anne Arundel County police have charged a man with more than two dozen offenses in connection with 18 burglaries in the county.

Forty-five-year-old David Cooper of no fixed address was arrested Aug. 6 when he allegedly ran a red light on a motorcycle and an officer pulled him over.

Officers tell The Capital of Annapolis (http://bit.ly/Qn1MD3) that the burglaries, from Pasadena to Davidsonville, occurred over the past month. After one of the crimes, police found a cell phone and used it to connect Cooper to the incident.
