ARLINGTON, Va. (AP) — Arlington police say a suspect has been arrested in the killing of a jewelry store owner.
Police say 52-year-old James Sylvester Caroline of Washington was arrested Wednesday for a probation violation and they plan to charge him with the killing. Police say Caroline is being held without bond in the Arlington County Detention Facility.
Police said they were not releasing details on the investigation into the death of 52-year-old Tommy Wong last week. Wong was found dead inside the store after family members called police because he hadn't returned home.
