A District man suspected in a sexual assault at the Arlington Whole Foods was arrested, police said.
Frank Alex Bouknight, 24, was charged with sexual battery, Arlington police said.
The incident happened shortly before 2 p.m. Sunday in the 2700 block of Wilson Boulevard. Police said that a shopper bent down to pick up a bottle of wine when Bouknight put his hand between her legs, laughed and walked away.
About four hours later, police found Bouknight sleeping on a public bench, in possession of a number of pornography magazines. When he was in the police interview room, Bouknight repeatedly masturbated, police said.
