Levi Johnston's younger sister, Mercede, is taking to her self-titled, Palin-bashing blog to respond to her big bro's engagement to Bristol Palin.

Her post from Thursday, "Who needs coffee when you wake up to news this shocking?" describes what it was like to find out about the engagement via the Internet from her tear-filled mother.

Johnston does "take a moment" to congratulate the two, but questions their timing.

"I do wish you guys would take a little more time with this decision, and I certainly do not understand why you are rushing things," Johnston said in her post. "Unless of course there is some reason for the hurry."

She ends by offering Bristol wedding planning assistance and asks the even bigger question: "We are going to be attending the wedding, right?"
